Registration
To sign up for She Skis, print the form below, fill it out and mail it in with your deposit by check or money order OR simply fill out the form electronically and hit "send," then mail in your deposit separately.

Please register for the She Skis Clinic by February 10, 2011, or sooner.
Remember that spaces are limited and registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Please send in a deposit to reserve your spot. Deposits are non-refundable.

Reservation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $199 is due at the time of booking. The balance of $600 will be due on February 24th, 2011, at the clinic's introduction party. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
